This is great! It tracks heart rate, pulse, activity, phone notifications, sleep patterns, and more. It is also an alarm and water resistant. That is awesome! My husband used to wake my up and hit snooze a million times with a regular alarm. This one vibrates. The band can be swapped out. I like the one it came with sice we are a military family. Great buy!
