I came across this author on Twitter. I am glad I did. She offered me a free book to get to know her. There is a varied genre I could choose from. I chose The Helavite War. It has been since the Halo series, that I found a space series that would interest me. I was surprised to find it is not just geared towards men or sci-fi. There is a litle in there for man, woman, or child. The story delves into relationships, what if, and more while you follow mercenaries through their adventures and battles. The language is complicated enough for the advanced reader, yet easily read by any teen. We are led through the fights, what things we may face in meeting alien life, and how we would face forming relationships. I love a good battle, so I had that too. As this mercenary meets an alien, both their lives will change forever. Her books are offered many places like Amazon and Goodreads. This book was offered on Ebook and paperback. I found she offers audiobooks as well. I look forward to continuing this series and her others.

I've gotta tell you, it will be great to have my cat drinking from something other than the bath tub! My pets are demanding about their water (as they should be)! They want it fresh. Filter

 A constant water flow restricts bacteria growth and keeps the water fresh. It has a second layer of safety with a dual filtration system. Mine came with two extra filter replacements to change out when needed.They last up to a month each. It holds a full gallon. I am lovin' that since I am disabled. Less work for me and happy pets? Yes! I love that I can wash it on my top rack of the dishwasher. It is an easy fit too. If you have used a waterer before, you know it is hard to get all of those nooks and crannies clean by hand. It can also be just...yuck. The motor is beyond whisper quiet. My pets had no qualms about drinking from their new fountain.

The whole unit does not use much space. I have both pets food and the unit all on one mat. I added a video posted from my YouTube site showing exactly how easy it was to assemble.

My hubby is deployed and his stereo had no capabilities other than radio and cd changer. I surprised him with an upgrade for when he comes home. Like most nowadays, he uses bluetooth. This stereo by Huicocy offers bluetooth, USB, SD slot, auxiliary jack, a remote, and plays WMA, MP3, MP4, and MP5. The output is 60Wx4 and sounds crystal clear. You do not have to turn this stereo up to hear it. I barely had it up at a six on the dial, and the bass and sound were amazing. It has an LCD display with a clock setting. It also has an equalizer and built in mic for hands free talking. It offers presets too.

 Everything is on the remote as well. This stereo is compatible with Iphone or Android! It does not have a CD player. We do not use one though. The radio is a single DIN. Since the one we took out was a double, I added a dash pocket for extra storage. The radio does not fit completely to the rear, allowing room to install more in the future like navigation. Plenty of room to work and hang wires back there. I ordered a face kit and radio puller to take apart the dash. Between those parts and the radio, I paid what I normally would for the radio alone. Since the hubby is gone, our friends at Audio General in Leesville, LA helped me out on the install. The video recorded will show how easy it is to install. You will have no problem doing it yourself if you have the time. The stereo is only $26.99 on Amazon and the company gives a bonus of buy one item, get 15% off the next. This radio packs a bang for the buck.

This headband truly stays in place. That is so hard to find. I ordered this headband from Chieflines for yoga. It can be used in any sport or just daily wear. It's made of spandex and polyester. It stays put without messing up your hairstyle. It absorbs sweat easily too. I like that it is reversible. It's black on one side and grey on the other. That way, it matches whatever. It is stylish enough to wear with your winter peacoat too instead of a heavy knit headband. I have a hard time with any headband. I was amazed that it held true. Yoga is the worst for this and there was no problem. The headband was $10.30 0n Amazon with a link for 12% two more items. I would love to see the company expand out on colors. That would make my day! You can be versatile and wear this close to your forehead or further back. You can leave it wide or scrunch it thin. The things that set the Sedremm compression socks apart, are the color scheme and variety, as well us the versatility, and most of all comfort. I am disabled with pain to the touch on my body. I ordered these to help with swelling and pain during travel and when wearing boots in the winter. They are a snap to put on. Just gather them to the toe, start there, and pull up your leg. I ordered these for my husband to wear under his military clothes to keep him dry and prevent chafing from his gear straps. That's important under desert conditions. Paratek shorts are quick dry, moisture absorbent, compression shorts. They are made of Nylon and Spandex, allowing for full range of motion. They are so comfortable to him that he didn't feel he's wearing them. He wore them and not only stayed dry, but had no chafing at all from straps on his ruck march. I like how the book not only brings us to each topic, but helps you understand it's more than just one way. It is a circle of ways that have an effect on every aspect of our lives.
