I take a lot of pain medicines that can gunk up my system. In looking for a prebiotic, I knew I wanted a gummy, and all natural product. This one by Be Live fits the bill. So, once again, I found an excellent addition to my bug out kit. This is a medical grade tourniquet for use at home, hiking, camping, survivalist packing, and more. It came in a very nice pouch that carries the tourniquet and the bandana too. The bandana itself may be used for the instructions printed on it, or for first aid as well. The instructions show the various positions you may need it in. An instruction booklet also tells standard one handed use. The case and tourniquet come packed and setup for self, one handed use. Of course, you can use it on anyone else needed. It comes with a time stamp for the time and date you apply it. There is a finger hole and extra strap to keep the windlass in place. I needed a tablecloth. This one was right up my alley. I have all the new colors in my kitchen. The mix of pastels and reds. This one has pom poms of all of those colors. I love the dishes from Pioneer Woman, so this matches that decor. The cloth itself is a well made linen. Thicker than I expected too. With the fun colors, you may use this daily, or for all occasions. I have it on a six topper, but it will fit a four, or an eight top too. It is a 60"x 90" oblong tablecloth. It is actually easy to care for. The directions say to lay flat to dry. I actually tumbled it on very low/delicate heat, and no shrinkage. I also did not need to iron it either by tumbling it. I found using dryer balls does the trick to prevent wrinkles.

I put a hot bowl on the table and left a circle. I found a table runner that is elegant as it is functional. I ordered the Toscana runner by Tiva Design.

Every time I get a pair of bluetooth headphones, someone wants them! This pair I keep! Living in Louisiana, I frequently get caught in the rain. This set is waterproof. It does not affect the sound either. You do need to let the earbuds dry after being wet though. It does come with extra earbuds, in different sizes though. They are noise cancelling with clear sound. That is great for the eardrums. They are wireless and hook up to any bluetooth device. Not just a phone. Using a hot tub is vital to me with my physical pain. I am really happy with using this set when I am in. I can keep my phone out of harm's way since the range is up to 33 ft! I love that the set can be used on two devices at once too. The battery lasts off charge for up to 8 hours of talk time. That is excellent since I travel a lot. I found an amazing, comfortable dress to wear at home or out. You can wear to lounge about, to the beach, to work, to a get together, and more. It is a long sleeve, striped, deep V-Neck, loose dress. Although it is long sleeve, it is compatible for any time of year. It is thin and breathable. This just adds to the comfort.You will not lose pounds sweating in this dress. I have a service dog that is always with me. Having Fibro and arthritis makes a regular leash hard to grip. I ordered a retractable leash from PetExpert. The handle is very soft lined and easy gripping, non-slip. I have even used it in the rain without any slippage. The leash can be locked when needed or unlocked to give my dog some room for a potty break in privacy. You can also use the lock feature in training a wayward dog. The leash is nylon and a full sixteen feet long. Very strong. I have the large which holds a dog up to 110 pounds. You can also order in medium and small.  It is quality built and not easy to tear up. It came with a bonus collar that is also thick nylon and solid. It is green and black. A great neutral color. I'd like to be able to order another color though.

From time to time, my hip and back make it hard to walk. Who am I kidding, all the time. Sometimes I need a cane though. I need one lightweight, easy, compact, and short. I am short!

I wanted a fall or winter dress that was comfy and sexy both. I found one by Sviuse that is both. It is long sleeved and warm, but not thick. It can be worn in spring and fall as well. It is in fashion with the cold shoulder look too. The shoulder straps are adorable and flattering. There is a slit up one side to show some leg and feel sexy. I need winter dress clothes. I am also a little chunky. This dress is great for anyone weight and figure. It is sweater material, and amazingly comfy. It is a two piece dress. While I was looking through Winis products as I ordered a survival blanket, I happened across a tarp. That is also a must have in a bug out kit. I have one, but it is a little heavy. The one I found is 85" X 85". It is lightweight, so you don't get weighed down. It is only one pound in bag and all. It comes in blue, grey, green, and orange. It is very multi-purpose.
