This is georgeous! It has much more space than others and can also be downsized if I want to go hunting herbs. It also came with a pouch that seals for putting those fresh herbs in when you do grind them on the go. You can use the small space on the bottom for your powder to use in recipes requiring powder versus herb  pieces. There is a small tool that came with it for getting the powder out. I consider it a two in one. The fact that is can be mobile is great. You often come across plants you would love to have for herbs and are not prepared.  It has a five year warranty and quite strong blades for cutting. With my hands that hurt, very little force is required.

Migraine Relief Supplement Review #migraine

Anyone that knows me,  knows I like natural products. I suffer from migraine, auto immune disease, and fibromyalgia. This supplement contains feverfew and butterbur root along with many other vitamins. It only takes two capsules a day. It took a few days to build in my system. I did notice a lessening in my migraines after a week. I need to use it longer to comment on how much it can reduce them. It does seem to help so far.

Blood Builder Iron Supplement Review #iron

My niece has chronic problems with low iron and immunity. We decided to try this. It works wonders. She had outpatient surgery and we were worried about her recovery. This supplement had her color back and feeling 200% better by the second day.  Her color has remained much better since then as well. She has also had less complaint of tiredness and feeling ill. I do feel like this is a great supplement for anyone who suffers from low iron or fatigue.

Teaveli Chaga Mushroom Powder Review #teavelichaga

This tea has so mild of a taste. Mushrooms are an amazing  source of antioxidants, anti -inflammatory agents, immune system builders, and more. Chaga is thought to be one of the most potent mushrooms.  My favorite way to drink this one is mixed with broth and vegetables to make a soup. It is delicious. It only takes about one teaspoon for a cup size serving when by alone or mixed with something.  Use this daily as a supplement or when you are sick the soup is great. I definitely recommend it.

These lights are so easy to decorate with. They are easy to mold to any shape. I lined my children’s windows and did a mason jar for the patio. They came with batteries that can go two full days without being turned off. We just use ours at bedtime or when at our fire pit.  They are inexpensive and a nice decorative piece. They are best for indoors or under a covered carport or patio. This is because of the copper wire and battery piece. Those same materials give it around a 26 year lifespan though. You can’t beat that.

This armband is great for running, exercising at the gym (any exercising really) and even chores (I use it for dishes). I bring this to the gym all the time! My work out clothes doesn’t have any pockets so this can be a light saver! It has a key slot so I put my car key in and I put my Id and debit card behind my phone and that’s all I need to go to the gym other than my water bottle.  It is actually very comfortable I forget it’s there most the time. My phone never gets sweaty or over heated by my body heat. The touch screen still works so you don’t have to take it out of the armband to operate the phone. It also has a spot for headphones to plug in. over all this is a really good armband and it fits very well!

This CrossFit jump rope is very long but thankfully it is adjustable. When I first got it I forgot it said adjustable and I pulled it out of the package and was just like this is meant for a giant not a person and my kids laughed at me. This is a steal cable rope. It has 360 Degree stainless steel handle rotation.  I can use it and I’m only 5”1 and my husband can use it and he’s 6”0. It defiantly helps you lose weight in no time at all!  DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS PLAY WITH THIS it is not for kids it does hurt when it hits the back of your legs or anywhere else.
