Pokemon Go-inspired Decal Review #pokemonteam

We have a six year old and a 23 year old that are both impossibly obsessed with Pokemon Go. We ordered the team red, Valor, for our truck. The sticker went on quite easily and looks great. I have a rear windshield wiper and it has not begun to come off with the wiper. It stands out for sure and is easily seen from a distance. Our six year old is thrilled!

Big Ant Coccyx Orthopedic Memory Foam Seat Cushion Review #SEATCUSHION

This is a plush, softer feeling pad. I alternate between this one and my firmer one depending on my body needs. I use it for osteoarthritis in my hips and fibromyalgia pain. It can also be beneficial for sciatica or when pregnant. It is made of memory foam. It does give a little more since it is softer, but did not minimize it's effectiveness. It also retains it's shape quite well. I also take this one on trips. It works great for my bum or as a pillow.

2 in 1 Salt and Pepper Grinder Review #firaaworld

This is a neat little kitchen accessory. Actually it is a decent size. You fill one side with salt and the other with peppercorns. You turn one way for the salt and the other for pepper. It is easy to fill through the top. The stainless steel and glass look dresses up my kitchen. It does hold a good amount of each, so you won't refill constantly. It is built well and works very well. It takes up much less space than two seperate shakers or grinders. You also cannot beat the fresh taste.

As I read this book, I kept thinking, this is real life stuff. The story is set up as people who meet by design and plot to bring down big banks, etc. They wanted to collapse the economy to teach the world a lesson and it's roots. It incorporated, suspense, sex, and drama. The book did keep you on your toes, yet thinking it was all too familiar in reality. By the end of the book, it was just that. reality. Even though the story had fictional characters, our economy can crash just as easily. There was a lesson here that I hope all who read it pay attention to. I like that it didn't go too far out there for someone to miss the idea.

I have wanted to learn more about Zen. This book easily sums it up. It also pulled together foods I never thought of trying or putting together. It follows a body cleansing and healthing system through the calendar cycles. I will be following it this next full year. The older you get, the more you pay attention...lol. I have tried two recipes, so far. They were delicious. Not only do I feel I will be clearing mind and body, but I am branching out with my foods. This book was worth the try.

Peppermint is outstanding for headaches. I just rub a little into my temples and slowly the headache ebbs away. Peppermint can be used on skin for refreshing and cleansing. It has healing properties. It is good for aromatherapy too. It is a good wake up scent. It also helps with ginger behind the ears to treat motion sickness. We use this on my six year old stepson. The quality of this oil is outstanding. It is a true scent and the oil absorbs well, yet lasts for a massage of achy muscles.
