This headband truly stays in place. That is so hard to find. I ordered this headband from Chieflines for yoga. It can be used in any sport or just daily wear. It's made of spandex and polyester. It stays put without messing up your hairstyle. It absorbs sweat easily too. I like that it is reversible. It's black on one side and grey on the other. That way, it matches whatever. It is stylish enough to wear with your winter peacoat too instead of a heavy knit headband. I have a hard time with any headband. I was amazed that it held true. Yoga is the worst for this and there was no problem. The headband was $10.30 0n Amazon with a link for 12% two more items. I would love to see the company expand out on colors. That would make my day! You can be versatile and wear this close to your forehead or further back. You can leave it wide or scrunch it thin. You can even use it to put all of your hair up when needed. I believe i will even use it for when I forget my scarf and my neck is exposed in the winter. This one will even work for the guys out there!

On the inside is a thick foam pad that provides the comfort, and keeps it firmly in place. It was easy to put on with no additional straps and such. It fits nice and tight though. It did not have the typical strong odor of leather. It also came with a free citrus scented air freshener. This looks great and adds some flair to my truck. The mats are used to display your children's art in their rooms, pictures, art for a gallery, and to display your work how you choose. They come in white. You can leave them that way, or design how you choose. This can include material, paint, wrapping paper, and more. The sky is the limit. I easily glue my front and back together with my hot glue gun because it's quick. If you are a beginner, there are ideas and instructions on Pinterest and Etsy. This is quick and easy. The things that set the Sedremm compression socks apart, are the color scheme and variety, as well us the versatility, and most of all comfort. I am disabled with pain to the touch on my body. I ordered these to help with swelling and pain during travel and when wearing boots in the winter. They are a snap to put on. Just gather them to the toe, start there, and pull up your leg. The soft material did not hurt my hands, nor does it cut into my leg at the knee. It does provide a medium compression. Not very tight, yet not too loose. The knit is nice and thick to provide comfort and warmth when needed. At the same time, the material is breathable, so no sweating and foot stink!

I ordered these for my husband to wear under his military clothes to keep him dry and prevent chafing from his gear straps. That's important under desert conditions. Paratek shorts are quick dry, moisture absorbent, compression shorts. They are made of Nylon and Spandex, allowing for full range of motion. They are so comfortable to him that he didn't feel he's wearing them. He wore them and not only stayed dry, but had no chafing at all from straps on his ruck march. You can also use them for sports for a bottom layer, or as just the shorts in general. The shorts provided my husband with support, especially in his rear muscles and thighs. These are muscles that usually tire on him first. He noticed a substantial difference wearing them. They do come with a drawstring. That is good for those who have a narrower area in the waist, but maybe wider hips. The waist is elastic though for those that do not need to adjust. They breathe awesomely as well. This is very important for chafing and body temps. The shorts do have a hidden inner pocket for small devices to go more hands free during use. The fit was spot on too. You can order your normal size. Be careful to fluff dry or hang dry. The material can shrink. This is a 95 page book by Dr. Cortez. This book interested me because I fully believe in natural healing and full body wellness. I already practice some of the techniques. However, the book taught me more about what I do practice, as well as much more that I need to incorporate. It explains how our wellness is achieved by how we think, our mental status, our body's condition, food we eat, phsical massage and manipulation, and more. The author breaks down each section with details. She goes over essential oils, stones, yoga, chiropractic care, foods we eat and what they do to our systems, mental conditions, state of mind, and so much more. Since I already have some knowledge the book was easily understood. If you have no experience in these areas, you will need to read this book, then study the topics more in depth. You should also consult someone who practices each subject. There are many chemically made medicines and treatments with negative side effects. The book teaches you how to explore natural treatment that has mainly positive effects. Our ancestors used the ways touched on by this author, and we should remember that. I like how the book not only brings us to each topic, but helps you understand it's more than just one way. It is a circle of ways that have an effect on every aspect of our lives. The author also urges you to learn more and to find a way to use all of it to create whole health. I found Dr.Cortez offers many other books that will tie in with his one and elaborate on many of the subjects.
