I have an open mind to religion. Most people do not. This book begs for an open mind. I have many of the same beliefs. I do believe in our higher power. I also believe we are all in belief of the same just in our own way. I also think we should be open to not being the here all, be all. This book kept me very interested and gave me much to ponder. The elements and nature are so important. Without them, we would not be here! I love this book. I had not heard of this author, but would love to hear more.

I usually stay away from thicker, hypoallergenic filters because many stifle the air flow and actually strain your air conditioner. This one actually has great flow while promising to capture dust, dust mites, allergens, etc. It seems to work quite well. we have not felt as stuffy upon waking and scratchy throats are gone. They are sturdy and fit perfectly. I think I found a new brand. They came with six in the box, so they will last well.

There are many beard oils on the market. I felt good giving this one to my son. It is all natural and I love that. It has Vitamin E, Sesame oil, and Argan oil. These all soothe skin and help hair growth. They prevent frizzy and unkept looking hair. They evn help with preventing graying by keeping the hair fed and healthy. He has no itching of the skin and no irritation. He also has had no breakouts with this oil. It has an extremely light fragrance too.

Being Wiccan, I am very into scents, herbs and their many uses. This book explains the main oils you may use for things from pain relief, to repairing your sleep patterns. You can use oils topically, internally, and aromatherapy wise. Be careful and study up as some are poisonous when ingested. This book is great for beginners and sets you on path. I would love to see a volume two maybe much more in depth for intermediate and professionals. This one is very helpful and I believe more books would be as well. It is hard to find a book in layman's terms.

I have always had an interest in this diet. People from the Mediterranean have longer, healthier lives. Now that I have seen the recipes, I also realize their food is delicious! There are recipes for the whole day and you will not be hungry. The food is about not how much, but what you eat. You eat healthy fats, fruits, veggies, and white meat and fish. Yummy! This book was well put together with a full explanation of how, what, and why.
