I have always had an interest in this diet. People from the Mediterranean have longer, healthier lives. Now that I have seen the recipes, I also realize their food is delicious! There are recipes for the whole day and you will not be hungry. The food is about not how much, but what you eat. You eat healthy fats, fruits, veggies, and white meat and fish. Yummy! This book was well put together with a full explanation of how, what, and why.
