Let me first say how amazing this smells! It has natural fragrances like orange and vanilla. Being a sufferer of chronic pain and Fibromyalgia, I need to stay away from stress. When I feel the tension, my pain level increases rapidly. I rub a small amount of this in areas like my temples, sinus areas, and the base of my neck.
