This is a nice thick, rich, hydrating cream. You rub it in well, massaging the areas that you are working on. For me, that is my inner thighs! I really like that there is no odor to this brand, even after going to the gym. There are natural products like Vitamin E, Retinol, caffeine, Safflower Oil, and more. It works by reducing cellulite, firming the area, and it helps with dry skin. Moisture also plumps the skin, making it appear healthier than dry skin. This cream worked quite well. I had to use very little at a time. That makes it even more economical!
