The book explores the ways this author found his way to enlightenment. Whether it be all the different spiritual paths he studied and followed, or medicinal, he came to understand there is more to our being. It was interesting to see someone else's point of view. Some of his way may seem a little on the hippie side to some, but we all need that open mind.
