I ordered these for my husband to wear under his military clothes to keep him dry and prevent chafing from his gear straps. That's important under desert conditions. Paratek shorts are quick dry, moisture absorbent, compression shorts. They are made of Nylon and Spandex, allowing for full range of motion. They are so comfortable to him that he didn't feel he's wearing them. He wore them and not only stayed dry, but had no chafing at all from straps on his ruck march. You can also use them for sports for a bottom layer, or as just the shorts in general. The shorts provided my husband with support, especially in his rear muscles and thighs. These are muscles that usually tire on him first. He noticed a substantial difference wearing them. They do come with a drawstring. That is good for those who have a narrower area in the waist, but maybe wider hips. The waist is elastic though for those that do not need to adjust. They breathe awesomely as well. This is a 95 page book by Dr. Cortez. This book interested me because I fully believe in natural healing and full body wellness. I already practice some of the techniques. However, the book taught me more about what I do practice, as well as much more that I need to incorporate. It explains how our wellness is achieved by how we think, our mental status, our body's condition, food we eat, phsical massage and manipulation, and more. The author breaks down each section with details. She goes over essential oils, stones, yoga, chiropractic care, foods we eat and what they do to our systems, mental conditions, state of mind, and so much more. Since I already have some knowledge the book was easily understood. If you have no experience in these areas, you will need to read this book, then study the topics more in depth. You should also consult someone who practices each subject. There are many chemically made medicines and treatments with negative side effects. The book teaches you how to explore natural treatment that has mainly positive effects. Our ancestors used the ways touched on by this author, and we should remember that. I like how the book not only brings us to each topic, but helps you understand it's more than just one way. It is a circle of ways that have an effect on every aspect of our lives. The author also urges you to learn more and to find a way to use all of it to create whole health. I found Dr.Cortez offers many other books that will tie in with his one and elaborate on many of the subjects.

We ordered this shirt in extra small, which is a harder size to fit on a man. The shirt is 100% cotton, which shrinks slightly the first wash. As long as you hang it up from the dryer, you will not need to iron. The size is suited for a smaller built man or teenage boy. My son tends to stick with red, so the blue and white gingham plaid design is a nice change. It is available in red plaid and black plaid as well. Gingham plaid is great, because it hides stains easily. The shirt is long sleeved and button up. The shirt is cut in the modern, slim, tailored look. This is not a flowy shirt to blouse out. It is perfect for dress pants or jeans (tucked or untucked). The material is a little thinner and less likely to cause perspiration easily. On that note, be sure to wear an undershirt for dress clothes or in the cold. The material being lightweight, makes it easy to move around and still feel comfortable.There is a pocket on the breast area too. That was useful for items he needed to work on computers that he wanted handy, yet not in a pants pocket to get damage.  The collar has a nice sharp crease in the modern design. I was overdue for a new purse. Let me just state, I am not a purse person. I need comfort(like not there feeling). I like versatility between crossbody and shoulder due to my chronic body pain. My friend Brandy invited me to a Thirty One party. I love to look at their catalog, but have never ordered before. I am so glad I did! The versatility, quality, and customer service is above board. The consultant, Samantha, was so personable. The purse has a design with varied colored daisies along the bottom on an off white canvas bag. The convertible strap and trim is a dark navy blue that can close enough pass for black. This allows me to use it with anything I wear. I will have to take care not to sit it on the floorboard of my truck. Not to worry though, it is very durable and washable. The inside liner is the dark navy blue. That will allow for marks from pens, etc. without showing. The purse does not seem large, yet has many pockets and zippered areas. I am organized and the purse isn't half full. Win, win! It did take a couple weeks to receive my item. That was expected since it was a party and you wait for it to close, then ship. My consultant kept me informed of the process. I have had my eye on this necklace a long time! It is a crescent moon with a heart pendant that glows in the dark. I ordered my fluorescent stone in green. It also comes in blue and purple . You can also get it with a green or blue owl instead of a heart. The length of the chain is medium. That is good because I have a wider neck. It would not be too long on a petite person. It is made of copper with white gold plating. That is just fine for cosmetic use. I coated mine to prevent wear, since I will use mine often. I charge it in the sun and the glow lasts long enough for me to attend a dinner or practice a religious ceremony with it. You can charge it by sun most effectively, but any light will work. Sun has the longest effect though. The pendant moves freely from the moon as well. You can adjust the length between 10-20 in. of the chain by where you clasp it. I have a few people that I will get this as gifts for Halloween! The price is excellent and very low. I ordered mine on Amazon quickly.
