They are awesome! My BBQ chicken tasted like on the grate without being
burned due to dripping juice. The chicken was so moist, like in the oven, since
it was cooked in the sauce. It is so easy to clean. Nothing was stuck on. I
will have one for camping as well. Which is great because it comes in a 2 pack. It cools off quickly. It also stayed cool
enough while grilling that I could maneuver the mat where I needed it for even
grilling. I could even leave corners hanging off so that I could pick it up by
them and transfer right to my table. Looking forward to pancakes and eggs next
camping trip!
