First off, they are gel. That’s amazing. This makes them easy to swallow
and no smell. I take them at night and wake up with much more energy. With my
PCOS, that is fantastic. I love that the fish oil in them gives no fishy burps
later. The Zenwise come in 90 day supply and are a great match up with the
regular prenatal. With the emphasis on DHA, they are actually a must have. they are also great for if you are trying to have a baby!
