I'm not pregnant, but I have PCOS. My Dr recommends that I take prenatal.
They are a lot cheaper than hair and nails supplements, so BONUS! Great for
nursing moms too. Most other brands make me nauseous, but Zenwise do not. These
prenatal’s are well priced in comparison as well. The ample amount of Folic
Acid is another plus and so important. It would be easier to take one instead
of two. However, they are smaller than most making them easy to swallow. I do wish they would have DHA though. I
would use these again. Overall, Zenwise prenatal’s are a decent product.
