This nail powder glitter was easy to apply. It was pretty and matches whatever base color I use. I made it easier by using a no light gel coat. It did not come with instructions, so I googled the ways to apply. Unlike others, there was very little powder outside the container when it arrived. Very easy to glam up with this.
