This knee wrap is great. I will confess, I have used it on my neck and elbow as well. There is a durably built wrap with a pocket for the pack inserts. You can freeze them or heat them depending on your needs. It did come with two packs, so if you need to alternate cold/hot you can. It feels very comfortable when on. There is no cutting into the skin. I use it without the packs, then insert one if needed after my workout. It is blue and black, so it matches most of my workout clothes. I know that is not such a concern for men...lol. This is a quality wrap in itself and comes fully guaranteed!
