What can I say, but I already put my old wooden one away. I have hands and wrists that hurt, so the wooden one was becoming an issue. This rolling pin is so light and easy. It is stainless steel, so it is also non stick. Cleaning it is very easy and much more sanitary. There is no place for bacteria to build. Just sprinkle a little flour and roll away! I am in love. No cracking, no weight, no bacteria, and no heavy washing!
