My husband is in the Army and is working on his back and core area. This ball is what he uses at the gym, so perfect to get one for home. That way he can use it whether he can make it to the gym or not. The colors represent the size. We have the 75cm so that we can all use it. This one is very strong, with PVC in the material. It came with it's own pump too. He is 180 lbs and it holds him perfectly. They hold over a ton, so we are good...lol. I like that it can withstand a slash and not deflate.
