This set of men's knee sleeves are top notch! They are 7mm thick and made of neoprene and nylon. They work for relief of injury, support, compression, and stamina in workouts. They are designed specifically for men and their unique build. Our trainer at the gym has knee problems as of late, so I ordered these for him. They fit perfectly for him. The color of black goes with any gym clothes without sticking out like a sore thumb. He stated his recovery time was fast , and in using them has had no new injuries.
