My son has problems with his patellar area of one leg from his years in the service. He wants to continue a workout regimen, yet the knee screams at him. He is using this and it improves his ability to continue the workouts greatly. It fits well
and fits one size fits all by being adjustable. Using the strap when not working out and doing harder work with the leg really helps with not aggravating it too. Nice sturdy strap. it was offered in three colors (black, blue, or red) and we chose black.
