This is altogether a good steamer. It is stainless steel. I like that I can remove the middle screw to cook larger portions. I have been able to use it in my teflon without scratching it because the legs are polished, not rough. I have used it on veggies, rice, and fish so far. It is a simple, healthy way to cook and eat right. It is collapsible, so I can put it up with using little space. The shipping was quick and follow up was great.
