I have become a fan of silicone cookware! I lightly sprayed this with canola oil. When my muffins were done it was incredible. They were softer on the outsides and more evenly cooked. They also just fell out of the pan. I flipped it over and had to do no work getting them to release. This is important because my hands always hurt. I also love to decorate cupcakes and cater our parties. My desserts are looking better because there is less handling of them. The pan is incredibly easy to clean as well. I did cook my first set without spray. Everything was still much easier than with a metal pan. My muffins did not release as easily though. That being said, they still did not break apart trying to remove them.
