I think it’s an outstanding cup so far. It definitely keeps its temperature with whatever liquid you put in it. Although the lid to where you drink out of is quite hard to open, but that’s not a big deal. It also is very lightweight and It’s made out of stainless steel and also comes with a mixer for protein drinks.
