I have to say, I am not very impressed with this as far as for babies. Use with toddlers, it's not to bad, but for babies it's kind of rough. Being uncomfortable made the baby upset, and they did not want to be in it. It is hard to adjust with them in it, and it doesn't feel like it holds the baby very well. I fear the baby is gonna fall out of the bottom. It doesn't seem to hold the best for a baby on the front. However, it works decently for a toddler when you're carrying them on the side. It is still a little uncomfortable on the shoulder, it pushes on the neck or squeezes the shoulder down. There was no happy in-between. Over all, I would say that for a baby it is not a good product, but for a toddler it's decent.
