it is a good intermediate exercise box. It comes with one hand grip and two wrist wraps. The hand grip is adjustable from 10 to 40 kg or 22 to 88 lbs. The wraps are one size fits all. The only downside is that it only comes with one hand grip instead of two. Even with this downside, getting started and maintenance of hand and forearm strength is easy to do and can be relaxing. The wrist straps are versatile not only for the hand grip, but also for implementing with free weights. I do like this set, but it would be nice if it came with two hand grips.
