I am in love with this detox! It is organic. Ingredients like spearmint, ginger root, basil, rose hips are among the flavorful herbs in this tea bag. You can use the pouch or empty the loose leaves into your tea. Honey and lemon makes the final flavor great. It came in a 14 day supply and asks for one cup a day usage. You just feel like you are having a nice cup of tea. There is no grainy texture. You do not feel as if you are drinking chalk or even worse. The natural herbs make the detox less hard to handle than the quick acting ones that detox you painfully in the end. I recommend it!
