I would like to say I like these. The best thing was I did not feel any type of side effects. This is important with the medicines I take not to have any interaction. I also have hypoglycemia. Many diet enhancers interfere with that as well. My appetite was curbed and I did lose a few pounds the first week. I am still losing little by little some weight. I am following a good diet as well. I feel the extract has improved on the amount of weight loss I've had.
