I ordered this jaw support because, like my father, I snore
like a freight train! I sleep with my door open when I have the young ones in
the house. Since I have been using the support, I am no longer being made fun
of. That means it is working. Ha! I also have noticed another positive effect. I
have TMJ. Using the support has drastically changed the amount of pain I wake
up with. I do not wake up with a dry nose and throat. That is great. I suffer
from dry mouth due to medications. This support helps that so much. It fits
comfortably over my ears and fits well with the eye mask I use.
