I am 45, so I am fighting aging...ha. I use this peel for up to a week at a time. I rub into water on my hands, add some stem cells, and let it do it's work a bit. It is a little stronger so I base my time on how my skin feels, usually 10-15 minutes. After I rinse and put on a wrinkle cream. I also use a calming mist in between. I have never had a bad reaction or sensitivity this way. This peel has been working great. I am loving how my skin feels and looks. I did notice results pretty quickly and am so happy with it! the whole purpose behind this peel is to rid of the old skin and bring out that younger, fresher look. It is doing it's job!
