My husband added this to his regimen because he is at the stage of building muscle and hit a plateau. This is an estrogen blocker, so we both tried it. I wanted some help with my menopause symptoms. Unfortunately some of my medicine did interact. I could not continue. My husband did see results though. He bumped past his plateau and seems to be building some muscle. I wish I could have tried it longer , but it is just my meds. They are finnicky. It was still a worthwhile try since my husband is liking the results.
