I started making much of my own breads and pastries a year ago. I just cannot eat all the artificial yuck. Homemade tastes so much better too. Getting these dough strips has helped so much! I did eyeball it before. That ended up with variations in my recipes. My niece and I have some recipes that can benefit from being exact. There are three set that came. Each has a different thickness. You just set them apart the measurement you need wide and roll it out to the thickness of the strips. The strips are biodegradable, dishwasher and oven safe, as well as microwave. The are non stick and easy to clean. Nice!
