This is a nine inch pan that is freezer, dishwasher, and microwave safe. It passes all of the government regulations. Most importantly, it is eco friendly! I have fallen in love with silicone pans. Goodness, are they easy! I use mine to cook fish and veggies in the oven. They do not stick. There is a very even cooking of the fish with no dry edges. We won't even talk about how easy a cake comes out of the pan. For those of you who make layer cakes and depend on evenness for decorating, you get this!. I am really enjoying this pan.
