This is great for my daily use. I have a skin regimen that includes chemical peels. This is a refreshing , natural rinse and hydrator for me. It contains Lavender, Cucumber, Sage and Calendula extracts. I also go to the gym, so this is a great face and neck refresher for after my workout. Sometimes I have more to do instead of going straight home. I use it sometimes during the day when the heat has been bad to feel fresh or just make my face not feel parched with sun or wind burn. That is great especially in the winter months when your skin can get so dry. There is never a film on my skin and it is in a handy size to take on the go.
