5mm Knee Brace for Pain Review #compressioncomfort

This is a nice thick, well made knee brace. It gives that compression you need, without cutting into your legs. My husband uses it during weightlifting because he has a knee that can get quite sore for days if he does not. I would say it is doing it's job then! In reading the pamphlet it suggested using under sports clothing for slides in baseball, etc for extra protection. Great idea. It is certainly padded well. You can use this brace to prevent injury, or help one heal. Hubby says it is a good quality compared to others.
