This pan does everything! I can deep fry, boil noodles, cook veggies, etc. It is made of ceramic and granite with a very thick non stick coating. It is a nice deep pan. Because of the even heating and materials, it requires much less oil and water to cook. It comes with a lid and is very stylish. It fits right in!I make gravy and other sticky stuff that is very easy to clean off. let it cool, then just soak for a few and everything wipes right off. I see they offer many others , so I am definitely going to try more.
