This is one of the nicer baking mats I've seen and used. They are not made out of the typical teflon sheeting, but are eye pleasing. The bonus is not just a nice spatula(that is all one piece and hygienic), but that one mat is marked for measurement. That is great for making sure dough and cookies are where they need to be and the right size. I use mine for baking, fish, chicken etc. It's great to bake with no worries. My cookies and whatever I make never stick, while I do not have to use a spray anymore. I notice that I have more even cooking since I am using less oils and measuring properly in size. The mat does not carry the heat, so I can transfer to a cooling rack easily and quickly. The spatula is also heat resistant and durable. I ordered mine with two day delivery on Amazon.
